A strategic partnership between Talat Mustafa and Azadia Global Group to launch 13 new Ouben Air Mall brands - my city The partnership adds the most popular brands in beauty, restaurants, fashion and home accessories to Oppen Ermol, Egypt's largest shopping centre.
Talat Mustafa Group (TMG), the leading real estate and tourism developer, has announced a strategic partnership with the leading fashion and lifestyle group Azadia, which specializes in retail stores, to operate 13 new brands, in Oppen Air Mall - my city.
The new brands - with a total area of approximately 10 square metres - are scheduled to open during the spring of 2022. The aim of the Convention is to promote retail offerings at Open Air Mall and to provide the most popular brands for the global Azadia Group, which covers a wide range of categories, including fashion and accessories, restaurants and household items. Zara, Zara Homme, Oisho, Paul & Bear, Kiko Milano, Sen Glass Hit, Stradivarius, Lefties, Virgin Megastor, Massimo Doughty, Birchka, Paul, The Butcher Shop & Grill.
The partnership contract was signed at an official ceremony in Oben Air Mall, signed by Omar Hisham Talat, CEO of Talat Mustafa Group, and Saif Salem, Regional Director of Azadia Group. The Open Air Mall is one of the largest and sophisticated shopping destinations following the modern way of life in Egypt and the Middle East, combining open-air areas with 8 buildings overlooking vast green bodies and industrial lakes, and spanning 92,000 square meters of rent.
The Open Air Mall has been partially operational since 2019 with the opening of two of its eight buildings, the E Building, which houses the Hypermarket Carrefour, and the D Building, which includes a 15-screen film complex with state-of-the-art display technologies.
The OpenAir Mall administration plans to open the third and fourth buildings shortly before the end of this year.
The third building will have a dining hall that meets all tastes and includes the best global, regional and local restaurant chains, and the fourth will be a uniquely designed family entertainment centre that will offer a unique experience of shopping and entertainment for all members of the family. The mall will also offer visitors and shoppers an unprecedented experience in Egypt, featuring four trams to roam between different mall buildings, with a design inspired by the trams in San Francisco, which will make the mall special and accompany shoppers on fun tours to enjoy the unique views of the industrial lakes.
Located in the heart of areas east of Cairo, only 10 to 20 minutes away by car from New Cairo, the new capital and Raheb City, it has a private entrance to the Cairo Suez Highway and 6,000-car waiting spaces, and has a strategic location near the first, third and fifth rallies to serve approximately 4 and a half million people in that area.
Although the mall is not yet fully operational, the OpenAir Mall has an average turnout of 30,000 customers per day. Expect more surprises very soon with the full launch of Open Air Mall, where it will be the top destination for shopping and entertainment for all in Egypt and the Middle East.
