Marota Developments, Sabbour Consulting contract to supervise Mastro project in New Capital

Marota Developments, one of the leading real estate development companies, announced contracting with Sabbour Consulting office to review designs and supervise the construction of Mastro project, the company's first project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), as part of the company's plans to provide a distinguished real estate product. In addition to, carry out the project constructions according to the highest local and international standards.
The signing of the contract was witnessed by the Syrian businessman Ayman Al-Ghafir, the Egyptian businessman Tarek Khalil Malak, the founders of Marota Developments, besides, Omar Sabbour, vice chairman of Sabbour Consulting.
Spanning over 5,250 sqm, Mastro is a commercial mall located in the most distinguished area at the NAC’s Downtown, is situated in the promenade and entertainment area directly in front of Al Masa Hotel, and near the Green River, with investments reach EGP 800m.
Walid Selim, head of engineering sector at Marota, said that the selection of Sabbour Consulting as one of the most important and leading consulting offices in Egypt and Arab region besides its extensive experience and efficiency to oversee the implementation of the project, comes within the company’s plans to contract with a number of experienced success partners in Egyptian market. Additionally, the cooperation aims to comply with the company’s strategy to expand in the New Capital and provide real estate products at the highest quality.
Selim added that the project is a result of the cooperation of major consulting offices in Egypt and the Middle East, such as the international designer Raef Fahmy and the consultant office supervising the implementation Sabbour Consulting to present a distinguished project that achieves international standards and keeps pace with the times.
He further noted that the company is working to provide an innovative and unconventional real estate product within Mastro project, pointed out that the New Capital is at the top of real estate investment in Egypt and Arab region. Over and above, the NAC is witnessing an unprecedented construction boom, and has received a great demand by clients and investors, especially in light of the government and political leadership's interest in the city.
