Gates Real Estate Development Company announced the achievement of contractual sales of 200 million pounds during the activities of Cityscape Egypt 2021, which took place from 22 to 25 September.

He stressed that Cityscape is one of the important real estate events that the real estate market witnesses annually, and it has received a distinguished turnout from customers looking for investment opportunities and payment systems that are not repeated, and the exhibition is an opportunity to learn about the trends of the real estate market, competing projects and customer needs to meet them in current or future projects.
He added that the exhibition is an opportunity for direct communication with customers, and the company also presented distinguished offers on its projects, prices and payment systems that were presented exclusively during the exhibition period.
He explained that the exhibition witnessed a distinguished turnout from customers throughout the period of its holding, and the company was able to achieve its sales targets during the exhibition period, and to communicate directly with its customers and to identify their needs in current or future projects, as exhibitions are an effective communication mechanism with customers.
He pointed out that the company succeeded in achieving contract sales of 1.2 billion pounds at the end of last August, out of a total of 1.8 billion pounds that the company targets by the end of this year, depending on the launch of new phases of the company's projects, in addition to the recovery of the real estate market and the strength of demand, especially in the new administrative capital.
