CCR Developments contracts with MRB to manage New Capital’s FrontGate project
CCR Developments announced that it has contracted with MRB Project Management to manage FrontGate project in the New Administrative Capital, east Cairo.
CEO of CCR Developments Remon Taghian said that the main role of MRB Project Management is based on two main components, namely; review engineering drawings of operational part of the project, so that commercial units are distributed within the project. In addition to, design entrance and exit of each commercial unit to guarantee ease of operation and efficiency in performance. The second component is to carry out facility management for the project after its operation, as well as maintenance work.
Taghian added, “MRB Project Management is one of the distinguished companies in managing real estate projects, which has a specialized management system to maintain investment value of properties.”
He pointed out that the FrontGate project is located in a prime location in the New Administrative Capital, which is the first thing you see in the New Capital and situated on the main axis and square in the city, which is Al Amal axis.
The project site, design and construction besides, maintaining its quality are the main advantages offered by the company to its customers, therefore, CCR Developments cooperates with the well-known company MRB to manage the project, he said, stressed the importance of projects management in maintaining their investment value and quality.
Spanning over 4,055 sqm, FrontGate comprises commercial and administrative units as well as serviced apartments and consists of a ground floor and seven floors.
The company’s CEO explained that it is planned to begin the project delivery in September 2023 and complete the delivery of the entire project early 2024.
He further added that ground, first and second floors of the project are being allocated for commercial properties, meanwhile, third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors will be office spaces and clinics with separate entrances for both. Additionally, the seventh floor would be serviced apartments.
He disclosed, “CCR Developments started its work in Egypt’s real estate market in 2018, and the company relied on different elements in developing a distinguished project in New Capital, explicitly, previous track record of its owner, its strong structure and market studies to follow up on market changes and renewable customers’ needs.”
