The Engineering Authority and Ain Shams University sign a protocol to establish Ain Shams National University in the Administrative Capital
Dr. Mahmoud El-Matini, President of Ain Shams University, and Major General Ihab El-Far, President of the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces, signed a cooperation protocol to build Ain Shams National University at the entrance to the administrative capital from Ain Sukhna Road.
The university will be built on an area of 192 acres with a total value of 18 billion pounds in three phases, in the presence of Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Dr. Omar Al-Husseini, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University.
It is worth mentioning that Ain Shams National University will be established according to an unconventional vision called the Valley of Learning and Innovation, as it depends mainly on linking education and scientific research with industry and labor market requirements through the Technology Oasis, with its research centers, technology incubators and emerging companies through partnership with industry partners, over an area 30 acres working side by side with the education, training and scientific research system for academic programs that stimulate innovative youth, whether at the undergraduate or postgraduate levels, and according to the requirements of the local, regional and global market.
